Contingent Recruitment
Our Contingent Recruitment services are on a “Fee on Placement only” basis. These roles can be exclusive with PX Resources or competitive with other suppliers.
Executive & Retained Recruitment
These roles are generally exclusive to PX Resources and involve a small retainer with the remainder of the fee payable on candidate commencement. PX resources will run a structured sourcing strategy discussed with the client and will work closely with the client to provide market context and insights to assist with with structuring the role and selecting the best candidate.

Market Mapping & Benchmarking
Market Mapping and Benchmarking is particularly helpful to clients looking to understand the potential replacement cost for a position which can help manage Key Person Risks. This process can also help with remuneration benchmarking and pricing roles appropriately and setting salary budgets when going to market for new roles or forward planning.
Executive Search
Our Executive Search service follows a structured methodology that includes market mapping, a structured research and search process, discussing our findings and longlists with clients, personality and competency-based testing (as required) and an offer to sit in on client interviews (with PX Resources or with a practitioner from our affiliate PX Partners).
These services are typically for C suite and senior positions.
