David Bakes founded PX Resources as a specialist recruitment firm focusing exclusively on risk management, compliance, governance, internal audit and legal – passionate about delivering “Fit For Purpose” solutions to clients.
With over 16 years of expertise working with these professions, he built a reputation for understanding not just what our clients needed on paper, but what they really needed: the right person, with the right experience, who would fit their culture and help them solve their challenges.
However, we noticed the need for more.
As we worked with organisations across financial services, government, and corporate sectors, we noticed something. Finding great people was important, but it was only part of the equation.
Many organisations also needed help building the frameworks, strategies, and capabilities those people would need to succeed.
